Instruction

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except for the steak.
  2. Place the steak in a resealable ziplock bag or a large bowl and pour the marinade over the steak. Squeeze air out of the bag as much as possible and seal it.
  3. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. The longer you marinate the steak, the strong the flavor is going to be. A good rule of thumb is not marinating for longer than 24 hours in length.
  4. Cook the steak on the pan: Turn heat to high and preheat a few minutes until it is hot. Put the steak in the pan. Cook both sides for 3 minutes, reduce heat to medium-high. Flip the steaks to the desired doneness as needed. It will take about 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steak. I like about 145 degrees, which is medium.
  5. Cook the steak on the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the steak on the grill. Cook one side for four to six minutes or on medium temperature until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Let the steak rest for 3 minutes before serving.

What are you waiting for? Pick a steak and add it to the marinade. Then invite your friends and throw the steak on the grill. No one will decline the dinner invitation!
