Ingredients

Feta Dressing with Poppyseed and Citrus Honey

  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon grapefruit zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Winter fruit salad

  • 2 whole pink grapefruits, peeled and segmented
  • 1 large whole pomegranate, seeded
  • 2 whole oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup crispy feta cheese and more to taste
  • 2 whole red pears, cored and sliced

Instructions
