Christmas Fruit Salad

Christmas Fruit Salad

This easy Christmas fruit salad recipe is filled with red and green fruits, making it the perfect light and healthy addition to your holiday table! With a super simple dressing, it assembles quickly and is sure to be a success!

With all the treats and pleasures, I love to throw this light and healthy Christmas fruit salad on the table (with the main course or the desserts - you choose!). It looks pretty and is so easy to make that you will now make it your favorite dish.

Since I am not fortunate enough to live in a beautiful, warm and sunny climate throughout the Christmas season, I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find the fruit that looks fresh at this time of year.

Don't hesitate to go around your grocery store and see which red and green fruits are best for you, and add more or less if you find that they are on sale or just good for you!

It is not a rigid recipe. Use a little more, or a little less, trade things for other things you prefer - you do!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Total Time: 10 Minutes | Servings: 6 | Course: Dessert, Side Dish, Snack | Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 red apple of all kinds, sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1 cup of red grapes
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of green grapes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all the fruits in a glass bowl (be careful not to stir too much otherwise, the raspberries will crush!).
  2. Combine honey, lime juice, and water to make a fine vinaigrette. Drizzle with fruit and stir gently to coat.
  3. It can be covered and refrigerated up to 6 hours before serving.
