- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- a pinch of cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
Instructions
- Place the cumin, coriander, and paprika in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for 30 to 60 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Mix these spices with the rest of the ingredients and mix them in a food processor until smooth.
